The Cross Country season has been approved to officially begin on Monday, August 17th. Please watch this website for any changes that may happen with this prior to that date. In order for you to make some arrangements, here are some details if we are still allowed to begin:
- We will meet the first two weeks from
8:30 am - 10:15 am. - We will meet on the north side of the
building on the grass by the Varsity
softball field and plan to be outdoors. - We will be running both off campus as
well as on the track. - Please remember to wear your mask for
check in and departure. Masks during
our workouts are optional. - Bring a water bottle with your name on it,
supportive, comfortable running shoes, and a stop watch. - Please have all paperwork on file in the
office and concussion testing completed
prior to August 17th. Those who needed
a concussion test should have received
an email from Cassy Timmers our
Athletic Trainer. Check your school email
account. - The season competition schedule will
look different than in the past. I will share
it with you as soon as I receive any
official information regarding that. - For those who have been coming for
summer workouts, please remember we
ended those last week. We are not
meeting this week but you should be
making sure you are continuing with your
runs, core, and stretching. - We look forward to seeing everyone and
hopefully all stays as planned to begin
next Monday. If you have subscribed to
